The Offer Group has its origins in the late 19th Century and has been based in Hampton Wick and Kingston-upon-Thames ever since. We represent five generations of real estate development and asset management experience.
Today, our business owns and asset manages over 250,000 sqft of employment space across the country. Whilst we are primarily landlords, we will also manage our own developments and refurbishments upgrading and environmentally enhancing our offering as we reposition our portfolio in a constantly evolving marketplace where our tenants come first. We are always looking to invest in new opportunities.
